Project: Building Communities
Riverhills SubdivisionAfter completing our one-year endeavor in Rio
Bravo, we will be heading back to the Riverhills Subdivision by Zapata Highway
to complete two more houses. The first house, sponsored in part by the
Episcopal Diocese of West Texas Carpenter's Club and in part by the four
local rotary clubs, will be built for the Coronado family. Funding for the
second house was raised through our Women Care, Women Build events.
Construction on the "Faith and Service" house will take place every
Saturday, starting July 9th. To volunteer or for more information, please contact Habitat for Humanity at (956) 724-3227.
Thanks to IBC
employees for an awesome framing day on the Coronado house this past June
25th, 2005.
