Carol Sherwood receives Spirit of Giving Governor's Volunteer Award March 31, 2004 The Episcopal Diocese of West Texas Carpenter's Club has agreed to partner with Habitat for Humanity in an upcoming project. The club will be donating $30,000.00 for the construction of a house in the River Hills subdivision by Zapata Highway in Laredo, Texas.
