have worked tirelessly leading and training volunteer construction crews and homeowner partner families. These two volunteers more than any other are responsible for the advancement of project “Building Dreams” in Rio Bravo. HFH of Webb County and the homeowner partner families thank them for their steadfast attitude in the face of many challenges and the summer heat.
